What is Project Grad?
Project Graduation is an all-night chaperoned substance-free celebration for the graduating seniors of Pleasant Hill High School. The purpose of this party is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our seniors on their graduation night.

Organization of this event takes many volunteers who began planning and working as early as July. In addition to the officers, various committees are formed and work together towards the success of the event. Each committee's job is an integral part of the entire process to make the night a success.

Project Graduation is an expensive undertaking. The fundraising activities can begin as early as July. Volunteers are needed for each committee. If you are interested in signing up for a committee please call or email one of the committee chairs.

January 10, 13, 14: Basketball tournament hospitality room, Contact Christy

January 16-19 - El Mazatlan will host a fundraiser with 10% of sales going to Project Grad.  Patrons will need a coupon to get the discount.

January 18: Monthly general meeting, HS Library, 7pm

March 13, 2012:  Donkey Basketball Game.  More info to come.

April 14, 2012 (April 21 rain date) - 3 man scramble Golf Tournament. Pleasant Hill Golf Course. More info to come

 

  

Project Grad Meetings
Project Grad Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month.  Meetings are held in the high school library at 7:00 P.M.  All seniors and their parents are welcome to attend.

Next general meeting is January 18.

Shopping bags / headbands
We are selling headbands and reusable shopping bags to help raise funds for project grad.  We plan to set this up at both the girls and boys basketball games.  If you are able to help man the table at one or more games, at least through halftime, please contact Leslie Zinn.
