Business Discounts & Offers
The Pleasant Hill R-III School District has a rich heritage with the local business community and wishes to provide them an opportunity to share with R-III employees various offers and discounts available to staff. In an effort to streamline the methods of communication utilized by various businesses and organizations and to more effectively provide timely information to staff, the following guidelines have been established.

The R-III School District will post approved informational flyers from area businesses and organizations on the district's web site. This information must be submitted electronically to the District Office and, if approved, will be posted on the district's web site where staff members can access it throughout the length of time requested by the business or organization.
Information must be submitted electronically to Vickie Carter no later than the 15th of each month (for posting during the next month).
Information must be in a Microsoft Word or .pdf format no larger than two 8 1/2 by 11 inch pages. Current web site postings will be emailed to principals and department directors each month for them to inform their staff.
Please Note: When providing offers and discounts, businesses are asked to include all staff members rather than specific groupings.
- Businesses/Organizations are encouraged to accept the R-III Staff ID Badge as an acceptable way for R-III employees to take advantage of offers and discounts. To adhere to the district's acceptable use policy for technology, any offer that encourages the use of printing coupons, etc. by using district resources will be prohibited.
- Businesses/Organizations providing offers or discounts to employees AND providing an additional contribution from proceeds to the Pleasant Hill Educational Foundation will be listed at the top of the web site.
- Due to the large volume of requests received on a weekly basis, only requests from local businesses, organizations, or offers that are educational in nature will be accepted for review.
- The Pleasant Hill R-III School District reserves the right to deny requests that contain unacceptable content, are seen as a conflict of interest or are in conflict with the district's mission statement and values.
