Online Registration Begins - July 5

How do I enroll a new student for the upcoming school year?

We would like to remind you that the district is again utilizing an online format for the 2018-2019 school year. This will allow you to fill out annual registration forms online prior to District Residency/Enrollment Night rather than the paper forms that in the past were mailed to families. District Residency / Enrollment Event will be held July 31 and August 1, 2018 from 1:00pm to 7:00pm at Pleasant Hill High School for all families of the Pleasant Hill R-III School District.
 
Beginning July 5, online registration will open for you to complete your family’s forms. You will receive an email that day to remind you to register online. A link to the registration will be provided in the email along with additional instructions.
 
To make Residency/Enrollment Event more efficient and less time consuming for you, please complete the online registration no later than midnight on July 30. If you do not have access to a computer to fill out the registration forms, there will be computers available at Pleasant Hill High School on the nights of Residency/Enrollment. For families without computer/internet access at home, there will be a computer available for registration at Central Office, located at 318 Cedar Street, prior to Residency/Enrollment Event. Central Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Another option for families is to utilize the computers available at the public library.
 
We ask families to attend on a designated night according to the oldest child’s last name. If you are unable to attend on the scheduled night you may attend the other night. 
 
Last Name:  A-K, July 31, 1:00-7:00pm
Last Name:  L-Z, August 1, 1:00-7:00pm

 
Residency will need to be verified with a current utility bill (gas, water, or electric) that is no more than 30 days old.  The bill must include your name and physical address.  Shut off notices will not be accepted as proof of residency.
 
Any family not able to attend on July 31 or August 1 will need to come to Central Office, located at 318 Cedar Street, beginning Thursday, August 2, to begin the residency/enrollment process, followed with a visit to each building your children attend to complete the process.
